As far as the quality specifications and standards of food nutrition fortifiers are concerned, in recent years, the national standards for food nutrition fortifiers have been continuously supplemented and improved to further protect public nutrition and promote citizens' health. However, food safety problems are still common due to the misuse of food additives such as nutritional fortifiers.
